"WHERE IS MY ITEM?":

Once I have mailed out the item to you; you will recieve a tracking number for the item, after that is provided theres really not much i can do to help you out there, although if there is something fishy happening dont hesitate to email me via the contact form on here to try and rectify the situation.

"I MISSED OUT ON THE ITEM; IS THERE ANY CHANCE OF A REPRINT?"

Unfortunately no, I only work in a limited amount of items and will only print a certain amount of said item. Once they're gone; they're gone.

"HOW DO THE GIFT CERTIFICATES WORK?":

Once you've made your order for a gift certificate please include in the notes who its for, who its from and the date you'd like to have it valid from. the date must be within ONE month of purchase. Under NSW state law; gift certificates are valid for THREE YEARS from date of purchase.

"DO YOU DO COMMISSION PIECES?:

I do! but only certain times of the year and am fairly selective on what I choose to do just to make sure i have enough time to focus on the other important aspects of my life. If you are interested in a commission piece please send an email via the contact from on here with what ideas you had, size of the piece and due date (please also keep in consideration your commission piece could take as long as 2 months to do)

"MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT WHAT CAN I DO?":

Unfortunately sometimes our wonderful mail people can be alittle rough with packages and therefore damages can occur; if this is the case please send me an email via the contact form on here ASAP with pictures attached and I will do my best to solve the problem for you.
